Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that fluctuates with the change of the seasons. During the colder months, some individuals feel moody, have less energy, and experience other difficulties that can interfere with daily functioning. This workshop will review the symptoms of SAD and introduce strategies for managing the “winter blues.”
Join us for a lecture followed by an opportunity for questions and answers. Light refreshments will be served.
