The Center for Health Innovation’s symposium focuses on current issues affecting healthcare. During this event, we will look at the role of the non- M.D. in the future of medicine and patient care.
As the Affordable Care Act is implemented, baby boomers and others are aging, resulting in the increasing need for services while the availability of general practitioners is shrinking for a variety of reasons. In light of these changes, the need for a non-M.D. medical professional to care for patients has become even more critical.
The symposium’s panel discussions will key in on telehealth and the changing landscape of medical careers.
