This event is part of the Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration of the Latino Student Association. 
 
Defining Afro-Latin@ is an open discussion event that focuses on the history and meaning behind the terms “Afro-Latin@” and “Latin@”, exploring the deep roots of the Latin culture, and recognition of diverse origins.
 
Held in UC 216 from 6:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., this event follows the themes of the Hispanic Heritage Month.
