This is the culminating event in the Adelphi Community Reads events series related to Katherine Boo’s book Behind the Beautiful Forevers.
Krishnendu Ray, Associate Professor of Food Studies at NYU, will discuss the cultural and transnational nature of Indian food. In addition, AnnMarie Kosiewska, winner of the First Year Academic Writing Award, will read her essay.
