Journeying into the Light

Event

What is Journeying? Throughout history, ancient cultures across the globe engaged in the practice of seeking meditation-induced light, and increasingly, this is becoming a popular practice today.

Come to our guided meditation and you may experience this as well. Record your impressions at the end of the meditation by writing them in a notepad or sketching them. The practice is conducted to heal and to gain insight. Those who wish to share, can do so.

This class is limited to the first 30 registrants per session.

This event is co-sponsored by the Center for African-American and Caribbean StudiesDepartment of Asian Studies and The Health and Wellness Peer Educators.
