This¬†free mindfulness/meditation session is facilitated by Jacob Cooper,, M.S.W. ’14, LMSW, international speaker and instructor.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool to gain awareness and emotional balance. Evidence suggests meditation reduces stress, improves concentration, decreases anxiety and depression and improves sleep.
