Mindfulness/Meditation Session


Start your semester off with a Free Mindfulness/Meditation session! Training will be provided by Mr. Jacob Cooper, LMSW (Adelphi MSW 2014) international speaker and instructor.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool to gain awareness and emotional balance. Evidence suggests meditation reduces stress, improves concentration, decreases anxiety and depression and improves sleep.
