“No Excuses November” Fitness Challenge

Ongoing Event

Attend 2 of each type of group fitness activity between November 1 and 21.

  • Group Fitness Classes | View Class Schedule
    • Mind & Body: Bandilates, Pilates and Yoga
    • Strength-Based: Butts ‘N’ Guts and Boot Camp
    • Cardio: Cycle, Kickboxing and Zumba
  • Swim during Open Rec hours
  • Self Defense | workshops will be held on November 3 and November 10

Complete 7 out of the 10 activities above to earn a Campus Recreation prize pack and be entered for the Grand Prize Drawing on November 23!
