Self Defense Workshop


Are you unsure of your ability to handle yourself during stressful and threatening situations? Learn to fight back and to be alert. Not only is this workshop a fun workout, but you will learn how to defend yourself using basic, easy techniques for real life situations such as being followed by a stranger at night or encountering an aggressive person at a party.
