As part of the course “Identity and Restorative Justice” students will collect recipes that demonstrate cultural and culinary diversity. Each recipe will be accompanied by a history or a story of the dish, thus revealing its unique identity and giving us a glimpse into our lives and the lives of others. These recipes will be collected in Storied Cookbooks and food will be provided, thereby working on the community-building aspect of the restorative process. We will sample the dishes and hear the stories on November 6th. RSVP to Professor Bryzzheva.
