Everyone at Adelphi is welcome to join the School of Social Work for a candlelight vigil to promote compassion, diversity, togetherness, inclusiveness and bridge-building. We stand in solidarity with all women, people of color, Muslims, immigrants, people with disabilities and the LGBTQ community.
We will assemble outside the School of Social Work, Cambridge Avenue entrance, to begin a peaceful procession across campus. Tuesday, November 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Let’s make a positive show of love for each other and uphold the social work mission of social justice.
