Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy to Hold a Medicare Forum at Adelphi University
"The Future of Medicare" forum will be held May 3, 2003

On Friday, May 3, 2002, U.S. Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) will hold a forum entitled "The Future of Medicare" at Adelphi University. Audience members will be able to ask questions about the Medicare+Choice program and prescription drug coverage as well as voice their concerns to the congresswoman and featured speakers.

The event will take place from 9:00 to 11:00 AM in the University Center, Room 203. Refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public. Please call 516.489.7066 for more information.

The featured speakers at the forum will include Cathy Dunphy from Medicare Beneficiary Outreach; Barry Klitsberg from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Servivces; and Clara Woll from Health Insurance Information Counseling & Assistance.
