Former Professional Athletes to Share Their Life Experiences and Offer Career Advice on April 12, 2007

Adelphi University’s Office of Alumni Relations will host a panel discussion "Sports and Life After It…" on Thursday, April 12, 2007, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, at Garden City Casino, 51 Cathedral Avenue, Garden City, NY. This event will bring together former professional athletes to discuss their successful sports career and subsequent career. Panelists will also offer career advice on their respective fields. A question and answer session will follow the presentations, and attendees will have an opportunity to network. Community members are invited to join Adelphi alumni, faculty, staff, and students. Cold buffet will be served. The event is free and open to the public; however, reservations are required.
