To give everyone an opportunity to participate, senior management will allow all employees to take up to an hour out of the work day (exclusive of the lunch break) to attend. Please coordinate with your supervisor for the best time to attend.

*All testing is free. Gonorrhea and chlamydia testing is available for females. Test takers should not urinate within an hour of the test. Contact Melissa Borgese, peer health educator graduate assistant, at for more information.

**Weather permitting. In the event of bad weather, yoga and Pilates activities will take place in Woodruff Hall. Participants will need to bring a towel.
