Adelphi University welcomes you to attend our Fall 2019 College Awareness Day on our beautiful, 75-acre campus located in Garden City, NY.

College Awareness Day is a semi-annual event hosted by Adelphi University. Our goal is for students to leave the event feeling excited and educated about the college experience by providing them with the tools needed to make an informed decision about their future. Students must be between 9th grade and 12th grade.

This year’s College Awareness Day on Wednesday, Dec 11, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. will be conference-style and will feature college readiness workshops. The program is designed for students that are interested in preparing for the rigors of college life. Students will participate in workshops and discussions with our Adelphi University staff to enhance their skills and focus on preparing them for the transition from high school students to successful adult college students. They’ll learn from our experts about admissions requirements, the application process, academic programs, the benefits of a college education and more.
