“Domestic Workers United: Building a Movement to Empower Caregivers”

Join us to learn about the efforts of Domestic Workers United to organize a movement to gain power, respect,
and fair labor standards for Caribbean, Latina, and African nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers in New York.

Join us after the presentation for light refreshments on the second floor atrium of the University Center.

This event is part of the ICAN collaboration project. It is sponsored by the Political Science Department, the
Gender Studies minor, the Center for African-American and Ethnic Studies, and the Dean of Arts and Sciences.
