Michael L. Graziano is a Managing Director at BNP Paribas based in New York.  Mike is responsible for regulatory compliance matters affecting BNP Paribas’ US-based wholesale banking and Michael Grazianosecurities services operations.  In this role, he provides direct advisory support to the US Corporate Banking group, Securities Services group and to the New York-based Treasury function.  In addition, he coordinates the compliance-related activities of BNP Paribas’ Branch and Agency network which includes activities in Chicago, Dallas, Grand Cayman, Los Angeles and San Francisco.  Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Mike held various Compliance positions with banking and securities firms, including senior roles with Citigroup, The Royal Bank of Scotland and China Construction Bank.  He received his BA from Adelphi University and his MBA from Fordham University.

Fun Fact:  A former naval officer, Mike served at sea in destroyers assigned to both the US Atlantic Fleet and US Sixth Fleet.

The Leadership Certificate Program is an interdepartmental initiative hosted by the Center for Career and Professional Development, the Center for Student Involvement, the Office of Alumni Relations and the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business.

Its goal is to offer Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants are able to attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year. 

Requirements for Students

To participate in the Leadership Certificate Program, you must RSVP for a minimum of six events. Each student must complete the workshops within the academic year. Events are added throughout the year.
