Ghost Stories

As a supporting component of the Ephemeral exhibition and events, Ghost Stories is an inter-disciplinary performance marshalling the creative forces of dance, theatre, written word, sound, and visual arts.

Drawing spectators from across campus through dance and music, Ghost Stories will begin at multiple sites on campus, before gathering in force on Levermore Lawn, and finally culminating in the University Center Ballroom with the performance of original tales of the spirit world.

Participating faculty include Maggie Lally, Sean Sullivan, John McDermott, Hannah Allen, Carson Fox, Cindy Maguire, Joan Stein, Sidney Boquiren, and Craig Carson in conjunction with Adelphi University students in the departments of Theatre, Art and Art History, English, Dance and Music. Additional collaborators include Melissa Riker, choreographer, and Kinesis Project Dance Theatre.

More details coming soon.
