Guided Mindfulness Meditation

Jacob CooperInsight can come from quieting the mind and creating a space for inner wisdom to enter. You will ask your question first, and quiet the mind. Jacob Cooper, LMSW, (Adelphi 2014) CH, RMT, will then provide a guided mindfulness meditation that may help you connect with your deepest truth for moving forward in your education, career and/or personal relationships.
