Hispanic Community Partnership Program

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, this in-person program has been modified and will take place virtually for summer 2020. 

This program will now take place Monday, July 20, 2020 and conclude on Friday, July 24, 2020. Students will meet from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. every day. The program will conclude with a certificate of completion. 

Adelphi University’s Summer College Readiness Program

Designed to expose Hispanic high school students to college life while gaining the know-how, skills, resources, and confidence to pursue a college degree.

This program is an exciting way to gain college experience while giving you the opportunity to learn about Adelphi and meet with current students, faculty and staff.

To participate in this program, a student must be of Hispanic background, a rising senior, in good academic standing and demonstrate qualities of potential and promise.

Self-nominations are welcomed. 


The deadline for all nominations is Wednesday, July 1, 2020.

This program is free of charge for all student participants. We will be accepting 20 students for this year’s program.
