Listen First, Talk Later: Improving Your Storytelling for Leadership

Storytelling has become an effective tool to allow greater interpersonal empathy and understanding in our typically non-emotional and objective business world.  This workshop will afford the participant the opportunity to practice and improve his/her storytelling skills, as well as gain valuable peer feedback. Working from a short case, participants will craft a story from their own experience and use it to “sell” themselves. This course discusses storytelling as a leadership skill, but also as one that is particularly useful when one needs to “think on one’s feet”.

Registration is required.
