Mentoring programs are excellent vehicles to support students on their journey toward success.

Students can benefit from having a Mentor particularly during their undergraduate career. The Adelphi University Mentoring Program is designed to enhance who students already are and brings out their strongest qualities. This interactive workshop will:

  • Raise awareness about the Adelphi University Mentoring Program
  • Increase student awareness of the overall benefits of Mentoring
  • Encourage students to recognize their strengths from an empowerment perspective
  • Provide tools for how to best maximize Mentoring relationships
