Mindfulness and Meditation

We will learn to use the skills of mindfulness and meditation to gain the understanding of how to navigate through our goals while staying connected to our inner compass and lessening anxiety. We will cover topics including kindness, compassion, inner critic, self-judgement, expectations, goal-setting, stress and anxiety… or whatever themes participants may wish to raise.

There is no registration required nor is there a fee to attend.
