Leah Frankel ’76, ’88 spent her entire career in the cosmetics and fragrance industry. She recently retired from L’Oreal USA, where she worked in divisions such as consumer products and luxury fragrances. Her last position with the company was as Assistant Vice-President of Sales Administration, supporting the Multi-Cultural Beauty Division. Towards the end of her tenure with L’Oreal, Leah was a member of the Veterans’ Think Tank, which was a part of the Company’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

Leah received her Bachelor’s Degree as well as her MBA, from Adelphi University and was highlighted in its Profiles in Success alumni stories in February, 2017. She is currently a member of Adelphi’s Women’s Giving Circle. Throughout her career, Leah was able to pivot challenges into accomplishments and was ultimately able to reach her goals of success. She has again, pivoted into the entrepreneurial world, and is developing her own consulting business that will guide employees who have Retirement on their Horizon, and who would like to gracefully and successfully exit their Corporate Careers.
