Wellness Lecture: Stomping Out Stress

Stress is a serious problem that affects many people every year.  Stress can come in many different forms and can be caused by such things as school, work, money and health among many other reasons.   
This workshop will discuss the effect that stress has on our body and mind, and different ways to deal with and reduce stress.

Guest speaker: Dana E. Boccio, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, The Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies, Adelphi University
