Sugars and Artificial Sweeteners

With so many types of sugars and sugar substitutes on the market today, it’s hard to keep up with which ones are the best option and how manufacturers use them in our food. This lecture will give you a brief history on artificial sweeteners, the current approved FDA sugar substitutes and how to recognize them in food labels.
