The Leadership in You

Event

The direct and indirect relationship between leaders and followers is the focal point of the leadership process. Therefore, the quality of the interpersonal relationships that leaders create with others in an organizational setting is critical to the quality of the organizational outcomes that can be expected. When these relationships are of high quality, the goals of the leader, the followers, and the organization are all advanced. “The Leadership in You” discusses the relationship between the person, who is the leader, and the behavior which is the practice of leadership. This program also discusses “misleadership” and how to avoid being seduced by it.

This event is part of Adelphi’s Leadership Certificate Program. However, you do not need to be a part of the Leadership Certificate Program to attend this event.
