Part of the Health Services Center’s Work-Life Wellness Certificate for all undergraduate and graduate students.

Campus Dining’s registered dietitian Jessica Jaeger will be hosting a healthy eating cooking demo to provide a healthier alternative to store-bought grab-and-go snacks. With life being so busy as college students and young adults, sometimes convenient snacks are a necessity. Jessica will highlight what to look for and what to avoid on prepackaged snacks and show you how to create your own healthy, nutrient-dense treat.
