Values Based Leadership

Participants in this workshop will gain a deeper understanding of their personal values and be able to articulate how these values play out in their leadership style, decision making, and future goals. By exploring what matters most to them, participants will be able to lead in a way that more closely aligns with their personal values.

Tommy Severin currently serves as an Assistant Director in the Center for Student Involvement. Prior to his time at Adelphi University, Tommy worked at Wingate University as the Assistant Director for Residence Life and Involvement. He is a graduate of Iona College and Binghamton University and a proud member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Tommy volunteers with Pi Kappa Phi and Phi Kappa Psi as a facilitator for educational workshops on topics of risk management, alcohol and other drugs, and leadership development.
